We apply business psychology to answer them, using the latest psychometric techniques to provide insight for both clients and candidates on interpersonal style, aptitude, and cultural fit. We also deep dive using our bespoke personal motivation interview to connect personal and organisational purpose.
Every candidate we represent receives authentic and real feedback, whether they are placed or not. In an industry where candidates too often hear nothing back, we believe honest communication is non-negotiable.
Executive Coaching
Structured, evidence-based coaching that accelerates leadership effectiveness at senior level.
We insist that all of our executive coaches have at least 10 years of leadership experience in business, a minimum of 10 years' experience in executive coaching combined with a professional coaching qualification, and a professional postgraduate qualification in psychology.
Having led coaching programmes for Euro Stoxx 50 companies for over two decades, the team at Arco IrisH can design and deliver both individual and team coaching programmes for executive teams. Our coaching is grounded in behavioural science, not motivational platitudes, and is designed to produce measurable shifts in leadership performance.
We also provide transition coaching for newly placed executives, supporting them through the critical first 90 to 180 days. This means helping them build relationships, read the culture, and establish credibility quickly.
