Paul Herrick
Managing Partner

Paul is based between Madrid and Dublin, managing executive search, coaching and consulting assignments globally for clients. He has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, leading HR and Talent Management functions for some of the world´s leading organisations. Paul also successfully led a pan EMEA Business Transformation consulting practice for a world leading communications consultancy. He is a certified coach with extensive experience working with senior executives.

He is a skilled presenter and conference speaker, notably at the CIPD annual conference, The European House Ambrosetti, the EMEA HR Directors Conference and the Global HR Summit, who has also authored articles and case studies in publications such as Personnel Today and The Irish Times. Has also had case studies published in two books authored by Janice Caplan, former Vice President of the CIPD, “Strategic Talent Development” and “The Value of Talent”, Kogan Press.

Paul is a guest speaker at IE Business School and on a Real Madrid sponsored MBA program on Sports Management.

Paul has a BA in Psychology from NUIG and a Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology from UCC. As well as being a native English speaker, he is fluent in Spanish.

Daniel Rodriguez
Client Partner, Europe

Daniel holds a masters degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Surrey in the UK. For the last 20 years, Daniel has held positions in research, consultancy and corporate environments in the area of Human Factors, Talent Management and Acquisition.

His interests have always gravitated around human performance optimisation through evidence based and data driven methodologies, which led him to seek further qualifications in health coaching, human physiology and how to create the ultimate life-style that enhances well being and longevity.

In 2018, he founded Mitolab, where he regularly helps clients achieve the best physical version of the themselves.

As a Client Partner at Arco IrisH, Daniel helps clients and organisations build high performing teams in Technology, Professional Services, Health and Fitness, Healthcare and Pharma.

Mary (O´ Riordan) Rodgers
Client Partner, USA

Mary is an accomplished executive with extensive US market experience in start up support including executive search, business development, scaling and fundraising. She has worked with both start-ups and growth organisations throughout her career and has successfully placed candidates in US leadership roles for clients from Enterprise Ireland, Invest NI, and IE Singapore. With her knowledge and expertise of the US market, Mary knows what businesses need to successfully attract and retain key hires and leverages her networks to accelerate growth for SME’s entering the US marketplace.
